Copper Range Hood Specifications

HOODS CAN BE ORDERED IN ANY SIZE!!!

  • Depending on size hoods take 3-8 weeks to be delivered.
  • All hoods are made of pure 16 gauge copper.
  • All hoods are tig welded with pure copper to assure our lifetime structural warranty.
  • Any hood can be made to mount on a wall or over an island and may have a tolerance of +- 1/4"-1/2".
  • Hoods are available in light, medium, or dark finish.
  • Hoods can be made in 3 textures, Soft Hammered, Heavy Hammered or Smooth.
  • The name of each hood represents the shape of the hood. All colors, textures, straps and designs are interchangeable. 
  • Virtually any design can be placed on the apron or chimney of a hood. If you see a design on a sink, we can place it on a hood.
  • CKS custom fits each vent system into each hood preventing any gaps between the copper hood and vent
  • You may choose a CKS vent system Made By Universal Metal Industries (Trade Winds) the 4th largest vent company in the USA, or we can build the hood around your specified vent system.

  • All hood images on CKS were designed and built by CKS.
  • CKS never uses a generic image of a hood to show what we can do or sell.
  • CKS never photoshops images to mislead consumers - we do crop images and place those images on our template for viewing quality..
  • Many companies in the last few years have taken images from CKS and others, Photoshopped those images, which they then claim as their own design and build - when in fact they have little experience with that design.

  • The Motor-Fan In Hood system has the motor(s) inside the decorative hood.
  • This system comes with the lights, switches, stainless steel baffle filters inside the copper hood.
  • The liner is 304 grade stainless steel, 120 volts 60hz, and is equipped with reusable stainless steel filters.
  • The motor(s) run on a quite average 7 sone volume

 

Motor-Fan In Attic Exhaust System:

  • The Motor-Fan In Attic system has the motor(s) inside the attic.
  • This system comes with lights, switches, stainless steel baffle filters inside the copper hood.
  • The liner is 304 grade stainless steel, 120 volts 60hz, and is equipped with reusable stainless steel filters.
  • The motor(s) run on a quite average 7 sone volume
  • The attic motor(s) is ideal for quiter settings and may even be purchased with a duct silencer.

No-Motor-Fan Exhaust Sytem:

  • The No-Motor-Fan system requires the purchase of a separate External Blower System
  • The No-Motor system has the motor(s) on the outside of your structure.
  • This system comes with lights, switches, stainless steel baffle filters inside the copper hood.
  • The liner is 304 grade stainless steel, 120 volts 60hz, and is equipped with reusable stainless steel filters.
