At Copper Kitchen Specialists we want to insure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process. We understand that not every purchase works out just as anticipated. There could be a multitude of reasons for returning product.
If you would like to return your goods for any reason other than damage or misshipment we will offer a 100% store credit. We know that you may have to change your mind in regards to texture, color, or size. If you receive your items damaged, or mishipped please refer to our store policy section. We will not make any exchanges or returns unless we have issued a Return Goods Authorization form. Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make not upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging if possible.
