Copper Kitchen Specialists prides itself on how fast your order is processed. We do our best to inform all of our customers and potential customers how fast their order will ship. All products ship with UPS or DHL and typically ship using their “Ground” time frame unless other arrangements are made. If an item happens to be out of stock then we will notify the customer to let them know it is out of stock. If the order is placed after hours we will notify you the next business day.

Copper Kitchen Specialists does not want you to have to worry about any hidden costs or fees. The price you see is the price you will pay. We have excellent international rates and will ship to almost anywhere in the world for free! The Continental United States, European Union, and Australia are always free no matter what. Asia, South America, Africa, Middle East and Russia are almost always free. If we can, we will send it to you without additional charge.

Packaging

All items are packaged with our customer in mind. Copper Kitchen Specialists does not want our customers to incur any delays because of freight damage. We know that having great packaging is important to the overall quality of our product. Our customers simply can not enjoy our high quality products if you receive your items damaged due to poor packaging.

All of our Copper Hoods, Kitchen Copper Sinks, and Bar Copper Sinks are shipped in plywood boxes. The plywood sheets used measure 1/2 “in thickness and the sinks are then surrounded by 1” on all sides. This makes for a very rigid initial protective layer and then an absorbing Styrofoam secondary layer. We are very confident that you will receive your copper goods in great shape. Our bath sinks ship in standard cardboard exterior layer and then reinforced with a secondary Styrofoam mold. These copper bath sinks are completely surrounded by protective packaging. All other products are also surrounded with foam packaging and then encased in cardboard.
